Occasional, single, plant rosette ca 1/2 m high x 2/3 m wide, leaves green, stalk ca 1-1/4 m tall, inflorescence ca 2/3 m long, down 1/3 of stalk, racemose, peduncle green-purple, flowers with outer tepals maroon-purple with cream margins, inner tepals cream-white, filaments white, anthers yellow, ovary chartreuse green, style yellowish-light chartreuse, tl=ca 40 mm, outer tepal = ca 38(l) mm, inner tepal = ca 36x22(w) mm, filament=ca 15 mm, ovary= ca 17(l) x 8(w) mm, style = ca 5.8 mm.
