United States, Utah, Summit, NA, 0.2 miles north of mile marker 21 on UT 150 (Mirror Lake Hwy), west side of road. There are turnoffs on both sides of the road to dispersed camping sites, the pop is found on the other side of the road of the turnoff that heads west towards the Provo River, and about 50 feet north.

Peaty saturated to inundated surface, but otherwise did not investigate.
Wet meadow of grasses, rushes, and sedges, including Carex aquatilis, Juncus torreyi, Deschampsia cespitosa, and others not identified. The wet meadow area is a pocket within a lodgepole pine forest with a minor aspen component. There are many of these pockets in this area.

This is a photographed specimen, no collection was made. The population in this wet meadow is approximately 12 meters by 4 meters, though there are other patches of this habitat very near, so it's not a discrete population, and there are likey many more individuals within 100 meters.; NA
