Description: Previously IDed as Cowania mexicana D.Don. Scattered native perennial shrub. Strips of bark braided by prehistoric Indians for clothing, sandals & rope. Also to pad cradle boards. Made arrows and as an emetic and a wash for wounds.
Notes: PLANT SPECIMEN IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
