From seed originally collected in locality of Dikolo, South West Province, Cameroon, Africa.
Climbing, herbaceous vine. Leaves deeply lobed, to 6.5-10.5 cm long wtih similar spread. Two purplish-brown spots opposite of where veins of the two lowermost lobes join rachis. Stem tissue gray-green. Older stems brown, warty. Flowers not seen (corolla reportedly lavender).
